DAB MUSIC PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

Agreement made as of this day of between the parties identified below.
The Client listed below agrees to hire the below identified Artist to perform and the Artist agrees to provide such performance services under the following terms and conditions:

Additional Terms: Client shall give no less than thirty (30) days notice to artist of cancellation of performance or client agrees to pay band as liquidated damages either one-half (1/2) of the guaranteed fee or $150.00 whichever is the greater. In the event of an emergency and I can’t perform, Artist will guarantee a suitable replacement.
